Coconut Ladoo is super simple to prepare, it's delicious and kids love it.

Ingredients

Item Quantity
Coconut Powder 300 gm
Condensed milk 1 Can (400 gm)
Cashews pieces 1 Tablespoon
Pistachio pieces 1 Teaspoon
Cardamom powder 1/4 teaspoon

 

Cooking
  • Step 1

Pour condensed milk into a pan, let it melt properly in low heat.

  • Step 2

Add coconut powder and all the cut dry fruits.

  • Step 3

Mix them and keep stirring in low to medium heat.

  • Step 4

Let it cool 75%. not completely.

  • Step 5

Spread some ghee in your palm and make the Laddus in your desire size.

  • Step 6

Roll your laddu over dry coconut powder to give authentic look.

Serving

Serve coconut ladoo any time of day. Kids love it to eat anytime time or you can serve as dessert.
