|Murmura||4 -5 Cups|
|Corn flakes||1.5 Cups|
|Curry leaves||8-10 Pieces|
|Chaat masala||1 Teaspoon|
|Red chili Powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Turmeric Powder||1/4 Teaspoon|
|Salt||1/2 Teaspoon (as per taste)|
|Methi seeds||1/2 teaspoon|
|Cumin Seeds||1/2 teaspoon|
|Dry mango powder||1/2 Teaspoon|
|Vegetable Oil||1-2 Cups for deep fry|
Heat the pan and add oil. When heats up, fry corn flakes into medium heat.
In that same pan fry the peanuts. (if you want you can dry roast the peanuts).
Heat up a big pan, add 2-4 tablespoons oil, add murmura, roast them until they get crisp. Now take them out.
Heat up a big pan put 2-3 teaspoons of oil, add cumin seeds, curry leaves, turmeric powder. Let those splatter then add murmura, peanuts, cornflakes, mix all these materials. Now you can sprinkle chaat masala, salt, dry mango powder, and mix everything well. And Murmura Namkeen is ready.Serving
