Ingredients

Item Quantity
Shell pasta (boiled) 2 cups
Marinara sauce 3/4 cup
Full cream 3 tablespoons
Vegetable stock 1 cup
All-purpose flour 2 tablespoons
Onion - chopped 1/2 cup
Garlic - chopped 1 tablespoon
Oregano dried 1/2 tablespoon
Red chili flacks 1/4 tablespoon
Black pepper 1/4 tablespoon
Dried parsley 1/2 tablespoon
Italian seasoning 1/2 tablespoon
Shredded cheese 1/2 cup
Salt 1/3 teaspoon
Olive oil 2 tablespoons

Cooking
  • Step 1

Heat a pan and add oil. Once the oil is hot, add the onion and saute for 2 minutes. Once the onions turn brown, add the garlic and saute again.

  • Step 2

Add all-purpose flour and mix nicely for 1-2 mins. Add vegetable stock and stir for 2 mins. Let it cook and bring to a boil.

  • Step 3

Add marinara sauce to the mixture in step 2 and keep stirring.

  • Step 4

Now, add all dry spices and seasoning, add salt to the mixture, and mix well.

  • Step 5

Add boiled pasta to a mixture and mix gently. Add heavy cream and mix again softly.

  • Step 6

Now add cheese and mix with the pasta. Turn off the heat once the cheese melts completely. This makes your Creamy and savory pasta ready to serve.


Serving

Serve hot, Creamy, savory pasta with garnishing of thyme or basil leaf on the top.
