|Rice (boiled)||2 Cup|
|Lemon Juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Mustard seeds||1/2 Teaspoon|
|Turmeric Powder||1/4 Teaspoon|
|Chopped Green Chilies||2 Pieces|
|Curry Leaves||4-5 Pieces|
|Julienne Cut Onions||1/2 Cup|
|Julienne Cut Pepper||1/4 Cup|
|Chopped Garlic||1 Teaspoon|
|Roasted Peanuts||2 Tablespoons|

Heat up a deep fry pan, add oil into it. Once the oil gets hot, add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Let mustard seeds splatter.

After splattering add onions and green chilis, bell pepper sautés for 2-3 minutes. Once onions turn translucent add garlic, again sauté for 2-3 minutes or until pepper gets soft.
- Step 3
Add turmeric powder, lemon juice, rice, and salt and mix everything nicely. Let it cool a little bit and add peanuts. Your Lemon Rice is ready to serve.Serving
