|Cooked Rice||2 Cups|
|Puliyogare Masala||4-5 Tablespoons|
|Chopped Onion||1/2 Cup|
|Chopped Tomatoes||1/2 Cup|
|Red Chili Powder||1/2 Teaspoon|
|Hot and sour ketchup||1 Teaspoon|
|Salt||1/2 Teaspoon(as per taste)|
- Step 1
Heat the pan and add oil, add onions, sauté for 2-3 minutes or until light brown.
- Step 2
Add tomatoes with a mixture of Step 1. Let tomatoes cook until they get soft and mushy.
- Step 3
Heat the separate pan and add oil, let the oil heat up and now add Puliyogare masala and red chili powder. Sauté masala for 2 mins so that masala gets fried well.
- Step 4
Now add a mixture of step 2 with fried Puliyogare masala. And sauté for 2 more mins.
- Step 5
Now add cooked rice, mix everything nicely. Add ketchup and salt and mix the entire mixture nicely. Saute for another minute. And Your Puliyogare Fried Rice is ready to serve.
