Finely chopped spring onions | 1/4 cups |
Julienne cut cabbage | 1 cup |
Soy Sauce | 2 tablespoons |
Vinegar | 1 teaspoon |
Julienne cut garlic | 1 tablespoon |
Julienne cut ginger | 1 tablespoon |
Tomato Ketchup | 1 tablespoon |
Red chili garlic sauce | 1 tablespoon |
Green chili sauce | 1 tablespoon |
Salt | 1 teaspoon |
Oil | 4 tablespoon |
Cooking
- Step 1
Heat up a pan ( preferably a wok pan). Once the pan is fully hot add oil and put onion, ginger, and garlic in hot oil.

Once the onion is soft add cabbage, carrots, and saute a bit in high heat only.
- Step 3
After 2 mins add bell pepper and half portion of spring onions and keep stirring continuously.

Add soy sauce and vinegar in the mixture and saute and mix well.

Add noodles and saute the entire mixture well and sprinkle salt while you are mixing noodles with vegetables.

Add red chili garlic sauce, tomato ketchup, and green chili sauce with the mixture and toss all noodles and vegetables. This makes your chow mein ready to serve.
Serving
Always serve hot chow mein with garnishing of spring onions on top of it. And don't forget to serve green chili sauce and tomato ketchup inside. Enjoy Chow mein at evening time as snacks or serve in the party.
