Chopped Onions | 1/2 Cup |
Chopped Carrots | 1/2 Cup |
Chopped Bell Pepper | 1/2 Cup |
Chopped Green onion | 1/4 Cup |
Chopped Cabbage | 1/2 Cup |
Vinegar | 1 Teaspoon |
Soy Sauce | 1 Teaspoon |
Schezwan Sauce | 2 Tablespoons |
Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon (as per taste) |
Vegetable oil | 2 Tablespoons |
Preparation
Cut all the veggies into thin slice (preferably julienne cut).
Cook your rice with 2 Teaspoons of oil (mix oil while rice is boiling) so that rice doesn’t get sticky.
- Step 1
Heat up fry pan and add oil in it. When oil heats up add onions and start saute quickly. After a minute mix bell pepper and ginger-garlic paste and saute little bit more.
- Step 2
Mix carrots and cabbage with mixture of step 1, sauté again all the veggies in a high heat. Make sure veggies don’t get over-cook and veggies should be remain little crunch.
- Step 3
Add rice, soya sauce, vinegar, schezwan sauce, salt, spring onion and now mix everything altogether.
- Step 4
Garnish mixture of step 3 with some chopped spring onions. Your Schezwan Fried Rice is ready to serve.
