|Whole wheat flour||2 Cups|
|Grated mozzarella cheese||1.5 Cups|
|Chopped onions||1/2 Cup|
|Chopped bell peppers||1/2 Cup|
|Chopped olives||1/4 Cup|
|Red chili flakes||1 Teaspoon (as per taste)|
|Italian seasoning||1/2 Teaspoon|
|Pizza sauce||1/2 Cup|
|Chopped jalapeno||1/2 Teaspoon|
|Vegetable Oil||5-6 Tablespoons|
Take a big bowl and add cheese, all the chopped vegetables, salt, red chili flakes, Italian seasoning, and mix everything very well.
Make a soft dough from wheat flour.
Cut the dough into ball size pieces.
Take 2 balls and start rolling and prepare a pair of parathas. (not too thick not too thin). Take the first paratha spread the pizza sauce on one paratha and now take the second paratha spread the stuffing all over the paratha leaving the sides gently press the stuffing.
Now place another paratha on top of that, gently press all over. seal the sides nicely.
Heat the flat pan and brush some oil. Now put the stuffed paratha from step number 3. After 2-3 minutes, brush some oil on the top side and flip it. Again after 2-3 minutes brush some oil on the other side and let it cook until turns golden brown from both sides. And your Pizza Paratha is ready to serve.Serving
Serve hot Pizza Paratha with Green Chili Chutney or you can serve along with Gorkha Chutney. You can enjoy it at the time of brunch or dinner.
