Ginger Garlic paste 1 teaspoon

Red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
Amchur powder 1/2 teaspoon
Chat Masala 1/2 teaspoon
Bread crumbs 1 cup
Corn starch 2 tablespoons
Maida 1/2 cup
Oil 1/2 tablespoon
Salt 1/2 teaspoon

Cooking

Cooking of Veg Patty Burger will have 2 main steps. In the first step, we will prepare Veg Patty and in the second step, we will assemble Veg Patty Burger.


Steps to Cook Veg Patty
  • Step 1

Heat up a pan. Once the pan is fully hot add 1 tablespoon of oil and add ginger and saute a bit.

  • Step 2

Add beans, carrots, peas in a mixture of step 1 and saute more. Make sure all carrots become soft.

  • Step 3

Add ginger-garlic paste. After sauteing for a min and add red chili powder, chaat masala, amchur powder, and salt. Mix everything well and then add boiled potatoes.

  • Step 4

Mix all material well and turn off the heat. Now, wait till the mixture gets cool.

  • Step 5

Now make patties from a mixture of step 4. Make sure each patty should be approximately 1.5 inches to 2 inches in diameter and at least 1/2 inch thick.

  • Step 6

Take your bread crumbs in a bowl and make sure bread crumbs in total powder form.

  • Step 7

Create a dilute batter by mixing corn flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and water. Make sure the batter should be thick enough to wrap the patties.

  • Step 8

Now dip your one patty into the batter for a second and take out and immediately roll wet patties in breadcrumbs powder. Make sure breadcrumbs are totally covering the patty.

  • Step 9

Heat up a pan, add oil now you need to fry patty in oil. Make sure the patty is golden brown in color and crispy from the outer surface. Repeat steps 8 and 9 for all of your patties.


Steps to Assemble Veg Patty Burger
  • Step 1

Split burger bun into the upper and lower half and apply butter on both parts of burger buns. Toast both sides of buns in a heated pan very lightly not more than a minute and take it off from the heat.

  • Step 2

Take the lower part of the bun and apply one layer of ketchup and put a slice of cheese and put lettuce over the cheese slice. Place a set of tomato slices on top of lettuce. Now you put an onion slice on top of the tomato. Sprinkle black pepper and a light sprinkle of salt.

  • Step 3

On top of onion put fired patty. You can apply chili sauce on top of the patty if you like a higher spicy flavor. Now put a slice of cheese on top of the patty.
Now your veggies are stacked up over the lower part of the bun.

  • Step 4

Take the upper part of the bun and apply one layer of mayonnaise and a very thin layer of ketchup. And put on top of stacked up vegetables of step 3. And this makes your veg patty burger ready to enjoy.

Serving
