Add water to the hot pan. Add sugar and tea powder.

Boil water with sugar and tea powder for around 10 mins in medium heat.
- Step 3
Once the liquid color turns dark golden brown, add milk into it.
- Step 4
Boil mixture for 5 more mins. Once the liquid turns light brown, your tea is ready to serve.
You can boil longer in case if you like a more dark taste of tea.
Serving
Filter the liquid into 2 teacups and serve with cookies or hot pakoras.
