Cooking
- Step 1

- Step 2
Heat another pan and add one tablespoon of butter and 1/4 cup of oil. Once the butter has melted, add all the paneer cubes and sauté for 3-4 minutes over medium heat. Once the paneer is lightly fried, remove all the paneer cubes from the pan.
- Step 3
Heat the same pan and add one tablespoon of oil. Add the onion once the oil is hot. Sauté for 2-3 minutes, then add the ginger garlic paste. Saute ginger garlic paste along with the onion for another 2-3 minutes on medium heat.
- Step 4
Add cashews and tomatoes to the mixture from step 3 and cook until all the tomatoes have softened. Please turn off the heat and let it cool down.
- Step 5
Put a cold mixture from step 4 in a grinder and make a fine paste.
- Step 6
Heat a deep pan and add one tablespoon of butter and 1/2 tablespoon of oil. Once the oil is hot, add jeera. After the splattering of jeera is finished, add the mixture from step 5 and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Let this mixture cook till the oil separates.
