Green Chutney | 2 Tablespoons |
Red Sweet Tamarind Chutney | 3 to 4 Tablespoons |
Small chunks of raw mango | 1/4 Cup |
Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon(as per taste) |
Cooking
- Step 1
Boil the corns until they get soft. let them cool.
- Step 2
Take a big mixing bowl, first add corns, then all the chopped vegetables. mix them.
- Step 3
Add all the dry spices, chutneys and mix everything well. Add crushed paapadi just before serving otherwise it will become soggy.
Serving
Garnish the Corn Bhel with nylon sev before serving. Corn bhel can be enjoyed as snacks or along with evening tea/coffee.
