Hot and sour ketchup | 1 Teaspoon |
Oil | 3-4 Tablespoons |
Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon(as per taste) |
Cooking
- Step 1
Heat the pan and add oil. Add the onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes, or until they are light brown.

Add tomatoes to the mixture from Step 1. Let tomatoes cook until they get soft and mushy.

Heat a separate pan and add oil. Let the oil heat up, then add Puliyogare masala and red chili powder. Sauté the masala for 2 minutes, allowing it to fry well.

Now add a mixture of step 2 with fried Puliyogare masala. And sauté for two more minutes.

Now add the cooked rice and mix everything thoroughly. Add ketchup and salt, and combine the entire mixture nicely. Saute for another minute. And your Puliyogare Fried Rice is ready to serve.
