Fine-chopped Tomatoes | 1/4 Cup |
Finely chopped Onion | 1/4 Cup |
Fine-chopped Cucumber | 1/4 Cup |
Julienne chopped Cucumber | 1/4 Cup |
Fine chopped Green Coriander | 2 Tablespoons |
Momo Sauce | 2 Tablespoons |
Sweet Chili Sauce (or Hot and Sweet Sauce) | 1 Tablespoon |
Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon [as per taste] |
Oil | 2-3 cups for frying |
Chaat Masala | 1/2 Teaspoon |
Green Chilis | 1/2 Teaspoon |
Cooking
- Step 1
Heat a pan and add oil. Let the oil heat up nicely; we need a very high temperature for the oil to fry the noodles. Just add salt to the oil.
- Step 2
Fry all of the noodles at high heat to get crisp noodles. Ensure all fried noodles are appropriately crisp; otherwise, you can fry them again if necessary.
- Step 3
You want to mix all materials just before serving to enjoy the crispness of the noodles.
- Step 4
Take all the fried noodles in a large mixing bowl, add the chopped vegetables, momo sauce, chaat masala, salt, and mix well. Just make sure that while mixing crisp noodles, they don’t crush a lot.
