Ingredients

Item Quantity
Boiled Noodles 2 Cups
Fine-chopped Tomatoes 1/4 Cup
Finely chopped Onion 1/4 Cup
Fine-chopped Cucumber 1/4 Cup
Julienne chopped Cucumber 1/4 Cup
Fine chopped Green Coriander 2 Tablespoons
Momo Sauce 2 Tablespoons
Sweet Chili Sauce (or Hot and Sweet Sauce) 1 Tablespoon
Salt 1/4 Teaspoon [as per taste]
Oil 2-3 cups for frying
Chaat Masala 1/2 Teaspoon
Green Chilis 1/2 Teaspoon

Cooking
  • Step 1

Heat a pan and add oil. Let the oil heat up nicely; we need a very high temperature for the oil to fry the noodles. Just add salt to the oil.

  • Step 2

Fry all of the noodles at high heat to get crisp noodles. Ensure all fried noodles are appropriately crisp; otherwise, you can fry them again if necessary.

  • Step 3

You want to mix all materials just before serving to enjoy the crispness of the noodles.

  • Step 4

Take all the fried noodles in a large mixing bowl, add the chopped vegetables, momo sauce, chaat masala, salt, and mix well. Just make sure that while mixing crisp noodles, they don’t crush a lot.

Serving

Serve Chinese Bhel immediately, and now you enjoy crisp spicy Chinese Bhel.
