Burnt Garlic Fried Rice is a simple Indo-Chinese dish eaten everywhere. It brings the flavor of garlic out into the rice. This recipe is served best with any Indo-Chinese paneer curry.

Spring Onion Greens

Dark Soy Sauce
3 Tablespoons
Vinegar
1/2 Tablespoon

Cooking
Step 1
Heat a frying pan and add the oil to it. Once the oil heats up, add the garlic. Sauté until the garlic is lightly browned.
Step 2
After the garlic has turned light brown, add the onions, green chilies, and bell peppers. Sauté for 1-2 minutes, or until the onions have turned translucent
Step 3
Add the rice on top of the veggies. Add the spring onion greens, salt, soy sauce, and vinegar. Gently mix everything.
Serving
Serve Burnt Garlic Fried Rice with Soy Basil Paneer or Schezwan Paneer.
