| Bell Pepper | 1/2 Cup, triangled |
| Onions | 1/2 Cup, triangled |
| Green Chilies | 1 Piece, Chopped |
| Garlic | 6-8 Cloves, Finely Chopped |
| Spring Onion Greens | 1/4 Cup, Chopped |
| Dark Soy Sauce | 3 Tablespoons |
| Vinegar | 1/2 Tablespoon |
| Oil | 3 Tablespoons |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon |
Cooking
- Step 1
Heat a frying pan and add the oil to it. Once the oil heats up, add the garlic. Sauté until the garlic is lightly browned.

After the garlic has turned light brown, add the onions, green chilies, and bell peppers. Sauté for 1-2 minutes, or until the onions have turned translucent
- Step 3
Add the rice on top of the veggies. Add the spring onion greens, salt, soy sauce, and vinegar. Gently mix everything.
