Preparation
Remove seeds and pulp from tomatoes and cut into cubes.
Cooking- Step 1
In a mixing bowl, mix all the chopped vegetables.

Add Italian seasoning, red chili flakes, and salt. Mix well.

Take the bread slices and spread pizza sauce evenly all over them. Then, spread the vegetable mixture evenly on top. Lastly, spread cheese all over the top.

Heat a flat pan, place the bread in it, cover with a lid, and toast until the cheese has melted. Heat should be low; otherwise, the bread gets burned from the bottom, and the cheese will not melt. You can toast bread in the oven, too.
