Coconut Ladoo

Coconut Ladoo is super simple to prepare, it's delicious, and kids love it.

Ingredients

Item Quantity
Coconut Powder 300 gm
Condensed milk 1 Can (400 g)
Cashews pieces 1 Tablespoon
Pistachio pieces 1 Teaspoon
Cardamom powder 1/4 teaspoon

 

Cooking
  • Step 1

Pour condensed milk into a pan and let it melt over low heat.

  • Step 2

Add coconut powder and all the cut dry fruits.

  • Step 3

Mix them and keep stirring on low to medium heat.

  • Step 4

Let it cool 75%. Not completely.

  • Step 5

Spread some ghee in your palm and make the laddus to your desired size.

  • Step 6

Roll your laddu over dry coconut powder to give an authentic look.

Serving

Serve coconut ladoo any time of day. Kids love to eat it anytime; you can serve it as a dessert.
