Ingredients

Boiled Potatoes | 1 Cup |
Dabeli Masala | 1/4 Cup |
Peanuts | 1/2 Cup |
Pav | 8-10 pieces |
Pomegranate Seeds | 1/4 Cup |
Vegetable Oil | 4-5 Tablespoons |
Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon |
Preparation
Roast the peanuts for 3-4 minutes, then add Dabeli masala and mix well. Keep them aside.
Prepare Spicy Garlic chutney and Green chutney.

Heat a pan and add oil. When the oil heats, add dabeli masala and mix it into the oil. Then, add the boiled and mashed potatoes. Mix everything very well.

Put the masala on a plate and spread it. Sprinkle roasted masala peanuts and pomegranate seeds on top.

Take a pav, slit pav from the middle, spread Green chutney on one part of pav, and Spicy Garlic chutney on another part of pav. Place some stuffing masala from step 2 on one part of the pav, and then place another part of the pav on top.

Heat the pan, spread butter, and toast the stuffed pav of step number 3. You need toasted stuffed pav on both sides

Serve hot Dabeli after garnishing with pomegranate and sprinkling zero-size sev, which will give your Dabeli a nice look.
