Soy Sauce | 1 Teaspoon |
Schezwan Sauce | 2 Tablespoons |
Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon (as per taste) |
Vegetable oil | 2 Tablespoons |
Preparation
Cut all the veggies into thin slices (preferably julienne cut).
Cook your rice with 2 Teaspoons of oil (mix oil while rice is boiling) so that rice doesn’t get sticky.

Heat up a frying pan and add oil to it. When the oil heats up add onions and start to saute quickly. After a minute mix bell pepper and ginger-garlic paste and saute a little bit more.
- Step 2
Mix carrots and cabbage with a mixture of step 1, sauté again all the veggies in high heat. Make sure veggies don’t get over-cook and veggies should remain a little crunch.
- Step 3
Add rice, soya sauce, vinegar, schezwan sauce, salt, spring onion, and now mix everything all together.
- Step 4
Garnish mixture of step 3 with some chopped spring onions. Your Schezwan Fried Rice is ready to serve.
