Chili Paneer is an Indo-Chinese fusion dish. This is very famous across all parts of India.

Heat a pan and add one tablespoon of oil. Once the oil is hot, add the green peas and sauté for 2-3 minutes, then remove all the green peas from the pan. Once splattering finishes, add the green chilies and ginger, and sauté for a bit. Heat another pan and add one tablespoon of butter and 1/4 cup of oil. Once the butter has melted, add all the paneer cubes and sauté for 3-4 minutes over medium heat. Once the paneer is lightly fried, remove all the paneer cubes from the pan. Heat the same pan and add one tablespoon of oil. Add the onion once the oil is hot. Sauté for 2-3 minutes, then add the ginger garlic paste. Saute ginger garlic paste along with the onion for another 2-3 minutes on medium heat. Heat a pan (preferably a wok pan) and add two tablespoons of oil. Once the oil is hot, add ginger, garlic, and slit green chilies, and sauté all these for 2 minutes. Add soy sauce, green chili sauce, sweet and sour sauce, ketchup, and vinegar, and mix everything well. Add some water, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and batter (which you kept aside after the preparation stage), and sauté well. Make sure the gravy gets thick. You can adjust the water based on your desired consistency. Add the paneer cubes to the mixture and toss well, ensuring the paneer coating remains intact during the tossing process. And turn off the heat, and your chili paneer is ready to serve.
