Cooking

Boil the corn until it is soft. Let them cool.

Take a large mixing bowl. First, add the corn, then all the chopped vegetables. Mix them.

Add all the dry spices and chutneys, and mix everything well. Add crushed papadis just before serving; otherwise, they will become soggy.
