Ingredients

Rava (Semolina fine) 1 Cup
Curd 1/2 Cup
Chopped Green chili 2 Pieces
Curry leaves 4-5 Pieces
Chopped Cilantro 1/4 Cup
Chopped Onions 1/2 Cup
Chopped Bell pepper 1/2 Cup
Vegetable Oil 3-4 Tablespoons
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon

 

Cooking
  • Step 1

Take a big bowl and add curd and rava. Mix Rava and curd. Add a little bit of salt while mixing. You can add a little water if needed. Ensure your batter has a pouring consistency. Now, your batter is ready; keep it aside for 10 minutes.

  • Step 2

Add all chopped vegetables. Mix all the vegetables thoroughly with the batter.

  • Step 3

Heat the pan. Once the pan is heated, pour the batter and spread it out like a pancake. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes on low to medium heat and flip. Again, cook it on the other side for 2-3 minutes. Cook it until both sides are golden brown. Now your Rava Uttapam is ready to serve.

Serving

Serve hot Rava Uttapam with Green Chili Chutney, Tomato Chutney, or Coconut Chutney. You can serve Rava Uttapam for breakfast or as a dinner option.
